2-1 Pound Bags Crowder Peas (Frozen)
6 Cups Water
2 Slices Ham or 4 Slices Bacon (Uncooked)
1 Stick Butter
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Add water and ham or bacon to a large pot and boil over medium heat. Add peas, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 40 minutes, until peas are tender.
