2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup White Onions (Chopped)
1/3 Cup Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs (Progresso)
2 Tsp. Creole Seasoning
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Water
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with vegetable oil. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, and bell pepper and stir. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, creole seasoning and garlic power. Sprinkle over the ground beef mixture. Add eggs and stir well. Add the water, if necessary. Gently shape ground beef into a loaf and add to the loaf pan. Place in oven and bake for 40-60 minutes. Remove from oven and drain excess oil. Mix Ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spread over the top of the meatloaf and return to the oven. Turn off the oven and let meatloaf remain for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
