1-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Large Egg, Beaten
4 Ripe Medium Sized Bananas, Peeled and Mashed
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
3/4 Cup Pecans (Chopped)
Cooking Spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine egg and bananas. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg and bananas. Mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into the loaf pan and cook for 50-60 minutes, until done. Cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
