4 Medium Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Cups Water
2-16 Ounce Cans Chicken Broth
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1-1/2 Sticks Butter
24 Frozen Dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breasts into one-inch strips. In a large pot, add water, chicken broth and chicken. Cook on medium heat until chicken is tender.
Add butter, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Slowly add the dumplings, a few (4 or 5) at a time, stirring after each. Add one-half of the dumplings and cook for about 3 minutes, then slowly add the remaining dumplings a few at a time. The mixture needs to boiling at all times while the dumplings are being added. Continue stirring so they won't stick. After all dumpling have been added, turn heat to a low setting, cover the pot with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes until dumplings are tender.
