12 servings
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm)
1 16 ounce wheel of brie cheese
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup fig jam
1 egg with splash of water beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw pastry 20 minutes. Roll sheet out on a lightly floured or wax paper surface to a 15 inch circle. Preheat oven to 400. Slice brie in half like a layer cake. Place one half of brie on pastry. Add nuts, dried fruit and jam. Place second half of brie on top. Brush pastry with egg mixture. Wrap brie like a package. Brushing each section with egg mixture. Cover entire pastry with egg mixture. Place on plate that can go from the oven to serving. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 or until golden brown. Serve with sliced granny smith apples or crackers.

This can be prepared days before hand and baked when needed.
