Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups of fruit – you can use anything. I love stone fruit like peaches with this, berries are great as well, and apples are great but cook it longer.
1 cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup raw, unsalted pecans, halves or chopped (walnuts work great too)
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup maple syrup (agave or honey works too)
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Slice up the fruit and place it in an 8x8 baking pan. Mix together all other ingredients. Layer the mix on top of the fruit. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the fruit starts bubbling and the top is crisp and golden.
