Ingredients:  
¾ C sugar ¼ C nutmeg
¾ t salt 1 egg white
1 t cloves 4 ½ C pecan halves
¼ t allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat egg white with fork until foamy. Add water, stir into sugar mixture. Add pecans and stir to coat thoroughly. Spread 1 layer deep on baking sheet{s}. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn nuts over with large spatula and spread out again. Return to oven and bake another 30 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight containers. For easier clean up use aluminum foil on pan.
