One Baked Pie Crust
1 QT hulled strawberries
3 T corn starch
1 C sugar
2 T lemon juice
½ C heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Crush ½ of berries, stir in cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat stirring until clear and thickened. Cool, cut rest of berries in half and fold into mixture. Turn mixture into baked crust. Refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with whipped cream.
