-1 lb green beans, trimmed
-2 tsp sesame seeds
-3 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tbsp grated ginger
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tsp rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
-Steam green beans until tender. Toast sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring often.

-Meanwhile, whisk together the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and vinegar in a large bowl.

-When green beans are tender add them to the bowl and toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot or cold.
