1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup Argo cornstarch
1/8 teas salt
2-3/4 cups milk
2 tbsp butter
1 teas vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Gradually stir in the milk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and boils one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in the butter and vanilla. Pour into individual pudding cups and chill.

Easy Chocolate Pudding:
Follow recipe above increasing sugar to 2/3 cup, and adding 3 tbsp cocoa to Argo cornstarch.
