Crab cake mix:
1 lb. Jumbo lump Crab meat ONLY (sift through gently to remove any cartilage)
1 egg
2 slices bread, cubed
2 Tbsp. mayo
1 Tbsp. mustard
Worcestershire sauce ( 2+) dashes
Parsley flakes
Old Bay seasoning, liberal sprinkling
Casserole Mix:
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make the Crab cake mix. Stir gently as to not break up the lumps of meat. Saute onion and green pepper in butter or olive oil until softened. Fold into the crab cake mixture. Pour in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Gradually add the evaporated milk to dish until mixture is just covered. Sometimes it takes the whole can, sometimes not. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour or until top is bubbling and brown.
