6-12 eggs
Shredded cheese of choice
1 lb. breakfast sausage or bacon
Ballard Biscuits (not the large grands, but small honey grands best)
Wine of choice

Directions:
Directions:
On Sunday pour your favorite glass of wine. Then brown the sausage or bacon. In a extra large muffin tin (small ones overflow) press one biscuit in each muffin space, break an egg on top of each biscuit, add cheese on top and some sausage or bacon.
Bake at 350 º for 1 hour or until set. Once cool, put two biscuits per sandwich bag and put in fridge. Oh, and pour another glass of wine for a fine job of cooking breakfast for the week. Grab a bag as your rushing out to work, and enjoy
