Ingredients:  
1 – 2 pounds Pork - (pork steak, pork stew pieces, whatever. You don’t need an expensive cut, just trim fat).

Olive Oil

Onion – chopped

Garlic (1 or 2 cloves chopped)

˝ can of tomato paste -6 oz.  (can be homemade)

Water (4 or 5 cups)

Salt and pepper and or Mrs. Dash

Green Beans – Pole or String

Red Creamer Potatoes – cut in half if small or quartered if larger

Feta Cheese (choose how much you want)

Cut meat into chunks and trim all the fat. Brown meat well in a tiny bit of oil. Add large chopped onion and garlic, brown or sauté until transparent. Add ˝ can of tomato paste, 4 or 5 cups of water to cover the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Mrs. Dash. Cook about 1 hour. Add clean green beans. Add creamer potatoes. Cook until done, about 1 hour. At the end, about 10 minutes before serving, add crumbled feta cheese.
