Squash
Onion
Cornmeal
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash & slice.
Add chopped onion, salt & pepper.
Coat squash & onion with cornmeal.
Preheat oven to 500.
Pour oil into a 9x13 metal pan about 1/2 or 1 inch deep.
Get oil hot in oven.
Add squash, onions, salt & pepper. It will sizzle.
Bake until brown (45 mins - 1 hour) turning about every 20 minutes.
With slotted spoon remove squash from oil into bowl that drains oil or
onto paper towel.
