3/4 LB SLICED CORNED BEEF OR PASTRAMI
1 CUP RINSED, DRAINED SAUERKRAUT
3/4 CUP DILL PICKLE, CHOPPED
1 TSP CARAWAY SEEDS
4 CUPS SWISS CHEESE, SHREDDED

3 EGGS
1 CUP MILK
1/4 CUP YELLOW MUSTARD
1/4 CUP THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING

BUTTER 11 X 7 PAN. LINE BOTTOM WITH BREAD CUBES. ( RESERVE SOME FOR TOP). COVER WITH 1/2 OF CORNED BEEF. MAKE ADDITIONAL LAYERS: SAUERKRAUT, PICKLES, CARAWAY SEEDS, 2 CUPS OF CHEESE, REST OF BEEF AND REMAINING CHEESE. WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD, THOUSAND ISLAND AND POUR OVER CASSEROLE. TOP WITH REMAINING BREAD. BAKE 350, 40 MINUTES, UNTIL SET IN CENTER.
