1 small head of cabbage, shredded
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1 tbs. butter
3/4 cup cashews
3/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds

DRESSING:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 /2 cup balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
toast the nuts in skillet with the tablespoon of butter. Place on paper towel to cool. Lace cabbage and onions in large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then combine nuts a dressing and toss gently.

I have made this using almonds and sunflower seeds instead of the cashews and sesame seeds just because that is what I usually have on hand.
