Olive Oil
Beef neck bones (2 or 3)
Pork neck bones (2 or 3)
Italian Sausage Links cut in half (3 or 4)
Beef Stew Meat (if you like)
Onion chopped
Italian Parsley (1 cup chopped)
Garlic (3 cloves finely chopped)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground cloves
tomato juice (large 64 oz bottle)
tomato paste (12 oz can)
2 plus cans of water to rinse out tomato products

Directions:

Heat oil to cover the bottom of large pot. Add meats, onion, garlic, parsley and seasonings. Brown well. Then add tomato juice and paste, rinsing out the can/bottle with water. Bring to boil, then turn down heat to a simmer (low). With pot cover slightly ajar, simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.

I usually make this for one pound of pasta, and then freeze two quart cartons for 2 more times.
