PIE:
1 pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs (separated) (yolks beaten)
1 egg (whole) (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. butter
1/3 c. raisins
MERINGUE:
3 egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (While preparing pie mixture, bake pie crust according to directions.) PIE: In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and sour cream together. Add the 3 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, vanilla, and butter. Cook until thick. Add raisins. Cool and pour into cooked pie crust.
MERINGUE: Beat 3 eggs whites and cream of tartar until it forms peaks. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on pie and brown in oven for 3 minutes. (Note: If pie filling mixture becomes too thick when cooking, add enough water to make it smooth.)
