16 ounces top round steak, 1 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry
1/8 tsp powdered garlic
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic, minces
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, oil and minced garlic. Coat both sides of steak with mixture. Let stand thirty minutes.

Pre heat Broiler. Place steak on rack four inches from burner for five to six minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn with tongs and broil five to six minutes longer.

Remove and carve diagonally across grain in wafer thin slices.

Note: Steak will be rare but is best served this way.
