1 large jar of Randall Northern Beans (48 oz)
1 regular size jar of salsa (I use Pace Picante-Medium)
1 block of hot pepper cheese (at least 16-18 oz) –
We used half block of Pepper Jack and
half block of Monterey Jack Cheese.
8 Ounces of chicken broth
2 lbs of boneless chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
1) Broil chicken breast until cooked (about 30-45 minutes).

2) Pour the rest of the ingredients into a crock pot (recommend this over simmering on the stove)-cut cheese into chunks/cubes

3) Cut the chicken - shred or cut into cubes

Cook on low for 4 hours

Can be served with sour cream (cheese is already in it), Sriracha sauce, guacamole and chips

Milder version: use Monterey Jack Cheese/Mild Salsa

Hotter version: use a hot salsa
