6 oz spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 pound Italian sausage
6 oz pepperoni, diced
½ to ¾ cup water
1 can (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pie pans, greased

Directions:
Directions:
1. Break the spaghetti in half and cook according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl. While the spaghetti is still warm, add eggs and Parmesan cheese. Transfer to three greased 9-in. pie plates; press mixture onto the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat; stir in sour cream and Italian seasoning. Spoon into the crusts.
3. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water, tomato sauce, and pepperoni. Let the sauce simmer, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Spoon the sauce over sour cream mixture, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4. Cover with foil and bake pie at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

Cover and freeze one pie before baking for up to 1 month. To use frozen pies: Completely thaw in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake as directed.
