1 box Elbow Macaroni
¼ bar of UNSALTED butter
2 eggs
2 cups of cheese of your choice – Gil likes pictures of one’s shown
1 small can of evaporated milk
1/8 tsp Paprika
Pepper to taste
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

2% Milk
Optional - Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles, drain. Place back in pot, add butter
You want it to melt.
2. Then add ingredients 2-9. Place in baking dish
3. Take 2% milk and pour until dish is almost but not quite too full
4. Bake at 350 covered for 30 minutes then cook uncovered for 10 minutes
