1 Cup sifted flour
1 tsp. salt (fleur de sel) or light salt

2 Eggs beaten
2 Cups whole milk
1 Cup cream

2 TBLS butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place your butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and place in a pre-heated oven at 375.

Beat eggs, add milk and cream, whisk together to get some air in the eggs.
Add sifted flour in two or three additions.

Pour batter into pan with melted butter.

Bake 25-30 minutes till puffed up and golden brown.

After it has cooled slightly or when served dust with powdered sugar.
