Four boneless pork chops- beaten like you mean it
Three separate shallow bowls with
1) flour
2) two eggs mixed with few drops milk
3) breadcrumbs (if you want to be authentic- take few day old bread, toast it and then crumble in processor- or beat in a Ziplock bag with a rolling pin)- I use the store bought stuff
Salt, pepper, oil
A few lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Take the beaten pork chops (or if you're feeling anti Bambi- ish, veal) and season with salt and pepper.
Then dip pork first in flour bowl (cover amply), then egg mixture and finally bread crumbs.
Pour good glug oil in pan.
Cook pork in medium heat, flip over so all cooked and outsides are browned.

Serve with rice, salad and lemon wedges.

My Austrian grandmother used to make this. It tastes like you've been slaving away in the kitchen for hours, but again takes about twenty minutes to make.
