Cake Mix -
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs

Frosting-
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3 squares unsweetened chocolate (3 0z) melted
1/4cup soft butter ormargarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cake mix
- Sift together sugar and flour
- In sauce pan place margarine, shortening, cocoa and water...bring to boil
- Pour mixture over flour and sugar
- Mix well then add the butter milk, eggs, baking soda, salt and vanilla until incorporated
- Pour final mixture into a greased 15X11 jelly roll pan
- Bake in a 400º oven for 20 minutes
- Let cool completely before icing the cake

Frosting
- Combine powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt. Mix well
- Stir in melted chocolate and butter
- Beat until smooth and creamy
- Pour over sheet cake until covered
