12 oz Tuna [about]
3 slices bacon dices
2 T butter
1 med onion, chopped
1 c raw white rice
1 garlic clove
1 14½ oz can chicken broth
1/2 c water
1/2 t rosemary
1/2 t salt
1 c frozen peas
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/4 c diced pimento

Directions:
Drain Tuna. Brown bacon in the skillet & reserve. Drain fat, retaining 1 t fat drippings in skillet. Melt the butter, add the rice and brown the rice in skillet/butter, stirring often. When brown, add onion & garlic stir 1 minute. Add broth, water, rosemary & salt. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in tuna, bacon peas, parsley and pimento and heat through.
