4 oz noodles, cooked and drained
1 med onion
1 Tbs red pepper
1 1/2 cup frozen peas
1 can Tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
2 3 oz cans of mushrooms, drained
1" Velveeta cheese, cut from the 2 lb box brick
Bread crumbs made from 2 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients and put into a 2 qt casserole dish. Cut cheese into cubes and dot top of mixture. After toasting the bread, cut into small squares/bread crumbs & mix with liquid or melted butter. Cover top of casserole with the breadcrumbs. Bake 350º 45 minutes. Should be bubbling.
