4 cups bread cubes
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut enough bread into cubes to make 4 cups.
Spread bread cubes into the bottom of a 2 qt microwave safe dish.
In a bowl, stir together light brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top of bread cubes.
In a large microwave safe bowl or cup, add milk and butter.
Heat in microwave until the milk is warm and butter is melted.
In another bowl, beat together eggs.
Quickly whisk eggs into the milk and butter mixture until well combined. Make sure your milk is not too hot or it can cook your eggs.
Add vanilla and whisk together well.
Microwave at 70% power or medium-high heat for about 9 - 12 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
Remove from microwave and let cool down some before serving.
Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if you like.
