3 chicken breasts, boiled and finely chopped
1 bunch celery, finely chopped
1 quart (?) mayonnaise
2-3 cups finely chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste
100 thin slices of fancy bread

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, using enough mayonnaise to make spreadable.
2. Spread on bread.
3. Prepare at least 4-6 hours but no more than 24 hours before serving.
