2 small/medium sized cucumbers, peeled
and thinly sliced
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
Mayonnaise
Dill weed
Lemon juice and salt to taste
Thinly sliced fancy bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and enough mayonnaise to make it spreadable.
2. Season with salt and lemon juice to taste.
3. Spread on bread, and top with cucumber slices.
4. Sprinkle with dill weed. Prepare 4-6 hours in advance, but no more than 24 hours prior to serving.
5. Place in large storage container lined with damp (NOT WET) paper towels covered with waxed paper.
6. Keep in refrigerator until served.
