Cake

1 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg yellow butter cake mix
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Bacardi Rum (light or dark)

Glaze

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Bacardi Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of a greased and floured or Pam sprayed bunt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil, and rum in a large mixing bowl. Blend for 4 minutes. Bake at 325º for 1 hour (do not under bake). Cool for 15 minutes in the pan. While cake is cooling prepare glaze by placing sugar, water, and butter in a saucepan. Cook and stir mixture until it comes to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup of rum. Carefully spoon warm syrup over the cake being careful not to use too much syrup as cake will become soggy. Slice and serve!
