Quart Ziploc bags
2 eggs (per person)
Omelet ingredients: ham, cheese, onion, pepper, bacon, tomato, hash browns etc

Directions:
Directions:
Crack 2 eggs into a bag and shake to combine them. Add omelet ingredients to bag. Get air out of bag and zip it up. Place the bag into rolling, boiling water for 13 minutes. [can cook approx 6-8 bags in a large pot at once]. When done, open bag and omelet will roll out easily. [Can have the eggs prepared the night before and just cook in the morning]
