1 refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
12 oz bulk pork sausage
4 eggs
3/4 c milk
2 c shredded hash-brown potatoes
2 c shredded 4-cheese blend, divided

Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Make pie crust in 9" pie pan (as directed). Bake 7-9 mins, Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add milk, potatoes. Mix well. Remove partially baked crust from oven; reduce oven to 375º. Sprinkle crust with 1 c cheese, sausage, potato mixture and remaining cheese. Bake 40-50 minutes until knife inserted 2" from edge comes out clean. Cover edge of crust with strips of foil after 15-20 mins of baking to prevent over browning. Let stand 5 mins before serving in wedges.
