3 lbs ground beef
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c onion, finely diced
1 egg
1/4 c dried bread crumbs
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce - several dashes
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
*Filling (choice of): bacon, cheddar, mozzarella, onion, mushrooms, green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except the fillings and divide into 2 parts. Approx 2/3 for bottom and 1/3 for top. Put bottom on waxed paper and shape into circle make a nest for the filling. Fill and set aside. Top: flatten remaining meat into a circle a little larger than bottom. Flip over onto bottom and SEAL all the edges. Grill - a little tricky because of the size.
