Directions:
Take loaf of bread and grease with solid shortening (Crisco) and put in refrigerator overnight. In morning, put it on a cookie sheet with an edge on it. Break an egg over the bread and cut down through the bread with large knife until you have 1" cubes (keep throwing egg over pieces). Put bread in a pan sprayed well with Pam. Pat down to press out bubbles. Let rise. Bake in 375º oven for 30 mins. Butter top when you take it from oven. (Use 2 loaves, 2 eggs and bake in bundt pan about 35 minutes)
