1 head cauliflower
1 10 oz. package frozen Brussels sprouts
1 10 oz. package frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese (I use sharp)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower 12 minutes; cook broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Layer broccoli in greased casserole, soup to cover, layer cheese. Brussels sprouts, soup, cheese; cauliflower, soup, cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
