2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mild vegetable oil (such as canola oil)
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and salt together. Combine oil and water and beat with fork until thick and creamy. Immediately pour over the flour mixture and mix with fork. Dough will be moist. Divide in half. Shape each half into a flat round. Place between 2 squares of waxed paper (paper will not slip if table is wiped with a damp cloth). Roll out dough; remove top sheet, invert over pan and peel off bottom paper.
