1 large or 2 small boxes red raspberry jello
1 15 oz. can blueberries
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit, reserving juice for jello. Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water. Combine juice and enough water to make 2 cups; add to hot jello. Set 2 cups jello aside (chill more slowly). Add fruit to remaining jello in 9" x 13" glass pan; chill until set. When the plain jello is livery, add the cool whip, folding in well. Add nuts on top of fruit jello; top with jello/cool whip mixture and chill until firm. Dessert is more attractive is part of the cool whip is reserved to make a white layer on top.

This recipe is especially good for a pot luck or large gathering. In some circles I am famous for "my" blueberry jello. Nancy
