Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have made this many times. It is delicious. You can use blueberries, but I often use 1 cup saskatoons and 1 cup raspberries, which looks very nice. The first time I made this, it over-filled my 9 inch pan, so now I make two additional little ones in small 4 inch pans. This allows for a taste before serving the main one, and one for Alexander. Edit after Enzo was born: now one little one for each kid.

This makes a great breakfast or brunch for company.
