1 cup lightly packed fresh spinach
1/4 cup basil
2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp water
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
8 oz. dry ziti or other small pasta cooked, rinsed & drained
3/4 cup halved
cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, combine spinach, basil, cheese, salt & pepper. Add oil & water; process until nearly smooth and mixture forms a paste, scraping sides frequently. Transfer to a serving bowl; stir in mayonnaise, then pasta. Chill, covered for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Before serving, top salad with tomatoes and pine nuts.
