1/2 Cup Bottled Chili Sauce
1/2 Cup Peach Preserves
2 Tablespoons Peach Flavored Brandy
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 Boneless Rib Pork Chops (1/4-inch Thick, about 1 1/4 Pounds Total)

In medium-size bowl, stir together chili sauce, preserves, brandy, mustard, salt and pepper. Remove 1/2 cup sauce and combine with pork chops in plastic food storage bag. Seal. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Reserve remaining chili sauce mixture for serving. Prepare outdoor grill for grilling. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill pork chops over direct heat 5 minutes, covered, turning once, until internal temperature registers 160º on instant-read meat thermometer. Served with reserved chili sauce mixture.
