Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1- 7 oz can crab (you can use fresh but I have never tried it)
1- Jar Kraft old English cheese
1- stick butter at room temperature or I have melted in the microwave in a pinch
2- tbsp Dukes mayo (I use dukes and I think it makes a difference)
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp season salt
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1- bag of English muffins original

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients together and mix in a large bowl with a hand mixer. Put crab spread on top of English muffin and sprinkle with extra old bay to your liking.

Baking for now: You can them broil for 8 minutes. Layer them on a few brownie pans with layers separated by wax paper and stick uncovered in the freezer. Once they are frozen, put them in ziplock freezer bags and leave them until ready to use them.

Cooking from frozen: Heat the oven to 350 and then cook until the tops turn golden and they look crispy. When you check them while cooking the centers should be firm.

Once they cool just a bit, cut them into fourths and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I always double this recipe and keep the extra in the freezer. Chris actually prefers me to make, then freeze. When I need them I just take the amount I want to cook out and bake. I usually buy the jumbo lump crab container (its like 18 oz and use the whole container) from Costco and their double bag of English muffins.
