4-6 Bone-in Pork chops
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon, sliced
4-6 Tbs. brown sugar
4-6 Tbs. Ketchup
Salt and Pepper to taste

Butter for browning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt a couple tablespoons of butter in a large skillet. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in the butter (add more butter if needed).
Once the chops are browned on either side, top each chop with a slice of onion, lemon, brown sugar and ketchup.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chops are tender.

Serve with buttered egg noodles or rice.
