2 1/2 cups reduced fat (2%) milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon or 4 cubes chicken-flavor instant bouillon
8 ounces (about 5 cups) wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

1. Heat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.

2. Heat the milk, flour and bouillon in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the noodles, sour cream, turkey and broccoli.

3. Spoon the turkey mixture into the baking dish. Top with the cheese. Cover the baking dish.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the turkey mixture is hot and bubbling.
