1 package instant pistachio pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
9 oz. cool whip
1 cup cold milk
1 package instant pistachio pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 package pistachio pudding, oil, eggs, club soda, and chopped nuts. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes. In separate bowl, mix cool whip, milk and pudding. Spread over pistachio cake once cooled.
