Chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces, OR
Shrimp cleaned, etc.
Cornstarch
Butter
Olive Oil
White wine

Directions:
Directions:
In butter and olive oil, saute chicken or shrimp. Add a small amount of cornstarch to thicken (create a roué). Add white wine to thin roué to sauce consistency and simmer while fixing pasta.
