Pork shoulder
1 white onion, thinly sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a cooking bag, place pork, onion, and garlic and cook according to bag instructions. When done, shred the pork.

Meat is now ready to put in flour or corn tortillas for tacos, burritos, or whatever.
