4-6 chicken breasts
butter
Italian bread crumbs
Granulated garlic
Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Rotelle noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken with a mallet. Dip flattened chicken breast in butter, and roll in Italian bread crumbs. Place on stoneware (or a foil covered cookie sheet), and sprinkle with granulated garlic. Put in over for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Take out of oven, and put marinara sauce on chicken topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Return to over for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

In the meantime, boil Rotelle noodles, and mix with remaining marinara sauce and a little shredded cheese.

Serve chicken along side, or on top of the noodles.
