Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of hamburger meat
2 tbsp of milk
2 eggs
1-1 1/2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
1/2-1 cups of Parmesan cheese
2 cans/jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Sliced Provolone or Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for the sauce and cheese. Roll out meatballs as big or as small as you want them and sear them on each side. The meatballs do not have to cook all the way through because they will finish cooking in the oven. Put one jar of sauce in the bottom of a glass pan and place meatballs in sauce once they've been seared. When all balls are seared, pour the other jar of sauce over top. Place aluminum foil over the pan and place in oven at 350º F for 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Once meatballs are cooked completely, remove your aluminum foil and place cheese on top put back in the oven on broil. When the cheese is nice and bubbly, the dish is ready to be served. Serve over noodles or make into meatball subs.
