1 small cooked turkey breast
2 hard boiled eggs
1 jar Dukes relish
1 teaspoon celery salt
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon vinegar
add extra relish just regular sweet pickle relish ( two tablespoons)
add extra Dukes Mayonnaise (usually around four tablespoons) to your personal taste

Directions:
Shred turkey in a food processor and put in large bowl with a lid you can close.
Mix all the above ingredients into turkey. This will keep for a week or so in your frig. You can add one small onion and two stalks chopped celery if you like but my family does not.
